Abstract

В статье предложен алгоритм позитивного изменения эффективности публичного управления и качества жизни населения субъекта РФ через применение трехуровневой системы повышения результативности использования партисипативного механизма. Определены качественные характеристики результативности использования данного механизма, обеспечиваемые при низком, среднем и высоком уровне партисипации. Разработан комплекс мероприятий для перехода к полной результативности использования партисипативного механизма публичного управления и желаемому качеству жизни населения.
