Abstract

В данной статье проанализировано развитие розничной торговли в формате современных торговых центров: определены основные участники рынка и перспективы их развития в частности и сектора в целом. Также выявлены преимущества и недостатки в действующих торговых объектах и их влияние на эффективность работы проектов. В связи с этим проведено ранжирование комплексов на успешные и неуспешные объекты, что позволило объективно оценить объем предложения качественной торговой недвижимости на рассматриваемой территории.
