Abstract

В настоящее время весьма актуальной является задача оценки эффективности создания и функционирования кластеров. В данной статье рассматривается комплексная методика количественной оценки эффективности функционирования кластера, основанная на анализе частных эффектов от снижения трансакционных издержек, стоимости капитала, маркетинговых издержек, диффузии инноваций и совместного использования инфраструктуры.
