Abstract

Автор показывает необходимость исследования экономических интересов субъектов внутрикорпоративных отношений и их противоположность в вопросах распределения доходов в российских условиях. В статье демонстрируется специфика диспропорций в распределительных отношениях в российских корпорациях. В центре внимания неравенство отношений собственников корпорации, менеджеров, наемных рабочих и неравномерность распределения доходов корпорации между ними.
