Создание Информационно-Аналитической Системы Мониторинга И Оценки Инновационного Развития Региона

Abstract

В статье раскрывается сущность и основные составляющие мониторинга и оценки инновационного развития региона. Предлагается использование информационно-аналитической системы для исследования развития инновационных процессов в регионе, включающей хранилище данных и аналитическую составляющую. Проводится оценка инновационного развития региона на основе выделенных показателей с применением методов интеллектуального анализа Data Mining.
