Abstract

Обосновано соответствие целям территориального развития внедряемой в России модели эффективного и результативного расходования средств (бюджетирование, ориентированное на результат) и исследованы возможности увеличения финансово-ресурсного базиса развития территорий за счет совершенствования основных инструментов бюджетирования, ориентированного на результат: закупочной деятельности и государственных и муниципальных заданий.
