Abstract

Представлена методика прогнозирования и оценки финансовой устойчивости фирмы в контексте менеджмента на основе ожиданий, включающая расчет интегрального показателя степени финансовой устойчивости предприятия, алгоритм выбора стратегических или оперативных мероприятий развития предприятия в зависимости от прогноза/оценки способности осуществлять свою деятельность в условиях высокой динамичности внешней среды и внутренней трансформации в соответствии с заявленными целями.
