Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам финансового обеспечения пенсионной системы РФ. Автор отмечает тенденцию к увеличению дефицита Пенсионного фонда России, покрытие которого из государственного бюджета снижает устойчивость последнего. В статье предлагается ряд мер по решению этой проблемы, прежде всего увеличение накопительной части пенсии за счет страховой. На примере Южного федерального округа анализируется деятельность негосударственных пенсионных фондов и управляющих компаний по обязательному пенсионному страхованию.
