Внедрение Современных Инструментов Управленческого Учета На Предприятиях Химической Отрасли

Abstract

Предложен алгоритм адаптационного внедрения новых инструментов управленческого учета через интегрирование систем стратегического бюджетирования и целевых сбалансированных показателей, параллельный учет стратегических затрат и проведение стратегического анализа. Определены возможности импортирования нефинансовых показателей в систему стратегического бюджетирования посредством разработки дополнительных стратегических бюджетов, выделения центров стратегической ответственности.
