Характеристика Штаммов Микроорганизмов, Участвующих В Процессах Биоремедиации

Abstract

На основе тинкториальных, культурально-морфологических и биохимических свойств идентифицированы два штамма углеводородокисляющих микроорганизмов. Определена оптимальная температура для получения максимальной биомассы каждого из штаммов. Изучено влияние органических и минеральных компонентов питательных сред на рост микробных популяций в условиях глубинного культивирования. Рассматривается возможность применения данных штаммов для ликвидации нефтяных загрязнений почв и водоемов.
