Abstract

В статье представлены основные методологические подходы к исследованию информационного капитала как объекта экономических отношений, который характеризуется по пяти признакам: объекту, субъекту, функциональному содержанию, затратам и результатам, отношениям между людьми. Выделяются основные свойства изучаемого понятия и дается определение категории «информационный капитал».
