Формирование Системного Определения Инфраструктуры Наноиндустрии

Abstract

Во многих программных документах по развитию нанотехнологий декларируется создание инфраструктуры наноиндустрии, перечисляются отдельные элементы и конкретные меры по ее формированию, но отсутствует системное представление. Как сложно однозначно охарактеризовать наноиндустрию, также проблематично дать емкое определение ее инфраструктуры. В статье представлены методологические подходы к системному определению инфраструктуры наноиндустрии.
