Abstract

В статье проведен анализ взаимодействия институциональных, организационных, информационных и коммуникационных факторов в процессе организации среды электронного обучения (e-learning) в вузе. Рассматриваются основные организационные стратегии внедрения и использования новых технологий в учебном процессе.
