Abstract

Раскрыта актуальность и значимость реализации программно-целевого метода финансирования и использования бюджетных средств на примере приоритетного национального проекта «Здоровье». Представлена схема федерального и регионального финансирования мероприятий национального проекта «Здоровье» на территории Волгоградской области. Предложены рекомендации по повышению эффективности и прозрачности использования средств, выделяемых на реализацию национального проекта «Здоровье».
