Abstract

Современная экономическая ситуация обусловливает необходимость наращивания нематериальных активов компании, одним из которых является организационная культура. Однако российский менеджмент в полной мере не осознает перспективности работы в этом направлении, что доказывают данные проведенного авторами статьи исследования. Они свидетельствуют о неоднозначности восприятия культуры персоналом компаний и постулируют важность активизации деятельности менеджеров по формированию сильной организационной культуры.
