Abstract

Возникновение конкурентных отношений в энергосбытовой сфере электроэнергетики обусловило необходимость определения источников достижения и поддержания предприятиями отрасли конкурентных преимуществ. В статье данная проблема рассматривается с позиций концепции ключевых компетенций. Сделан вывод о том, что для компаний первостепенное значение имеют оценка имеющихся ресурсов, их развитие и поддержание в необходимом состоянии для последующей трансформации в компетенции, которые в дальнейшем позволят им добиться успеха на рынке.
