Abstract

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ существующих определений и концепций контроллинга. Представлены результаты сопоставления систем бюджетирования и контроллинга. Дан обобщенный перечень функций контроллинга в системе управления предприятием. Разработан методический подход к внедрению и совершенствованию контроллинга.
