Abstract

В работе рассмотрены качества высшего образования, определения приоритетов спроса на услуги высшего образования и пути повышения конкурентоспособности участников рынка образовательных услуг. Предложены инструменты решения задачи роста эффективности использования финансовых средств в системе высшего профессионального образования.
