Методологические Подходы К Формированию Перечня Государственных (Муниципальных) Услуг В Рамках Реализации Бюджетной Реформы

Abstract

Представлена авторская классификация государственных (муниципальных) услуг, предложены критерии их классификации, и на основе этого обоснована целесообразность применения сводного комплексного перечня бюджетных услуг и детализированного отраслевого перечня бюджетных услуг. Такой подход к формированию перечня государственных (муниципальных) услуг позволяет учесть как отраслевую специфику, так и региональные условия и сформулировать логичную и обоснованную систему последующей оценки стоимости государственных (муниципальных) услуг.
