Abstract

Целью статьи является обоснование необходимости единообразного применения судами Российской Федерации законодательства, регулирующего лоцманскую проводку. В статье изучена правовая природа лоцманского сбора; предлагается принятие нормативного акта, регламентирующего порядок и сроки уплаты лоцманского сбора, а также субъект его получения; рассмотрены вопросы об ответственности лоцманских организаций при причинении убытков судовладельцам и третьим лицам при ненадлежащей лоцманской проводке
