Abstract

В статье исследуется нормативная основа обеспечения личных неимущественных прав граждан, а также проблемы совершенствования действующего законодательства. Рассмотрены положения, принятые в российском гражданском праве, подходы, выработанные в правоприменительной практике и суждения, сформулированными в современной научной литературе. Авторские выводы, изложенные в статье, могут быть использованы в правоприменительной и научной деятельности
