Abstract

Обострение международной напряженности на современном этапе требует поиска наиболее оптимальных моделей взаимодействия государств с различным политическим, экономическим и социальным строем. Значительную помощь в этом может оказать исторический опыт, накопленный Советским Союзом на протяжении практически семи десятилетий своего существования. Его исследование основано на проведенном автором анализе документов Государственного архива Российской Федерации и Архива внешней политики МИД России. Собранный материал может быть полезен студентам, аспирантам и преподавателям, интересующимся историей права и государства, международных отношений, международного частного права
