Abstract

В рецензии анализируется монография Бертовского Л. В. «Допрос тактика и технологии», которая посвящена проблемам, возникающим у следователей при производстве допросов. Констатируется актуальность, научная и практическая значимость, а также оригинальность монографии. С критической точки зрения расценивается достаточно небольшой объем части работы, посвященной принятию решения о производстве допроса. Резюмируется, что рецензируемая монография принесет несомненную пользу сотрудникам оперативно-розыскных подразделений, дознавателей, следователей, прокуроров, а также будет полезна для студентов, аспирантов, преподавателей, научных работников юридических образовательных учреждений, а также людям, интересующимся вопросами криминалистики и психологии.
