Работа Специалиста-Психолога В Расследовании Дорожно-Транспортных Происшествий

Abstract

Целью настоящей статьи является обоснование необходимости участия специалиста-психолога при расследовании дорожно-транспортных происшествий. Автор на основе применения методов социологического наблюдения и анализа, с учетом обобщения реальной практики дорожных происшествий формулируют идею включения специалиста-психолога в группу по расследованию ДТП. Применение специалистом-психологом всего комплекса методик диагностики личности дает возможность при расследовании ДТП в полном объеме представить психологический портрет личности участников ДТП и глубже понять мотивы их действий на дороге. В заключении автор рассматривает проблемы, которые могут возникнуть у специалиста психолога, осуществляющего диагностику психологических травм у участников ДТП
