Abstract

Представленная статья является результатом научного обобщения понятия коррупции, коррупционной преступности и коррупционных преступлений. На основе анализа автором предлагается поэтапная имплементация в национальное законодательство статьи 20 Конвенции ООН против коррупции от 31 октября 2003 года, ратифицированной Россией, предлагаются дополнения в Федеральный закон «О противодействии коррупции» и в действующее уголовное законодательство, что позволит активизировать борьбу с коррупцией
