Abstract

Данная статья автора подтверждает тезис о том, что действительно современные административно-правовые вопросы и обеспечение той или иной безопасности (прежде всего экономической) за последние годы весьма актуальны. Проблемы международного сотрудничества требуют своего разрешения в условиях наличия кризисных ситуаций на международной арене в централизованном порядке. И авторские труды по данной проблеме (в том числе интервью по коррупционным проблемам http://lap.hse.ru/news/140159352.html) заслуживают определенного научного и практического внимания. Cовременные международные административно-правовые вопросы нарушаются, прежде всего, по инициативе (диктата) США. Или же пересмотр международных и внешнеполитических полномочий субъектов правоотношений нуждаются в перекорректировке. Проведенный научно-практический анализ ряда НПА будет востребованным многими читателями
