Социальное Предпринимательство В России

Abstract

Статья раскрывает социальное предпринимательство как новое явление современного российского государства. Предпринимательство, в основу которого положено извлечение прибыли для реализации различных социальных проектов, должно развиваться на основе мировой практики. Автор полагает, что именно социальные предприниматели должны создавать новые модели социально значимой деятельности для формирования инновационной социально-ориентированной экономики. Социальное предпринимательство позволит повысить экономическую эффективность за счет использования человеческих ресурсов и, прежде всего, таких групп населения, как инвалиды, многодетные матери, выпускники детских домов, бывшие заключенные и т.п. Делаются выводы о том, что развитие социального предпринимательство будет способствовать трудоустройству социально незащищенных слоев населения и людей, для которых занятость на полный рабочий день не возможна. Социальное предпринимательство в России будет способствовать также развитию сферы социальных услуг, повышению их качества и доступности.
