Abstract

В статье осуществляется правовой и криминалистический анализ возбуждения ненависти либо вражды, а равно унижения человеческого достоинства как разновидности преступления экстремистской направленности; обращается внимание на различные вопросы квалификации и доказывания, характеризующиеся отсутствием единообразия в толковании и вызывающие трудности на практике
