Abstract

В настоящей статье осуществлен сравнительный анализ законодательной регламентации объективных признаков вандализма в уголовных кодексах государств-участников СНГ. Автор не только сравнил уголовное законодательство данных стран и выделил проблемы, негативно сказывающиеся на правоприменительной деятельности, направленной на противодействие проявлениям вандализма, но и предложил пути их разрешения
