К Вопросу Об Отграничении Присвоения И Растраты От Мошенничества

Abstract

Задача анализ хищения имущества, отграничение присвоения и растраты от мошенничества. Модель основой исследования явились научные труды в области уголовного права, статистические данные. Выводы существующая система определений основных терминов и определений, регулирующих особо важные отношения в сфере присвоения и растраты, нуждается в дальнейшем углубленном анализе, конкретизации и систематизации. Практическое значение положения и выводы, сформулированные в исследовании, могут способствовать усилению внимания к выявленным проблемам, повышению эффективности борьбы в изучаемой области. Оригинальность/ценность подготовленная научная статья содержит дискуссионные вопросы и адресована всем, кого интересуют присвоение и растрата, в части формирования и реализации государственной политики Российской Федерации в данной области.
