Abstract

В данной статье представлен анализ подходов к определению правового статуса личности, его отграничения от смежного термина «правовое положение личности». Автором уделено внимание проблеме наполнения структуры правового статуса личности с учетом современной обстановки в правозащитной сфере Российской Федерации. На основании осуществленного исследования, внесено предложения о возможном направлении модернизации правового статуса личности
