Abstract

В статье рассмотрены проблемы снижения роста ВВП России связанные с экономическими санкциями. Когда экономика развивается за счет экспорта углеводородов, возникает зависимость роста ВВП от цен на международном рынке энергоносителей. В условиях падения цен на нефть, снижение темпов экономического роста является закономерным. Отсутствия должных инвестиций в реструктуризацию научно-технического потенциала в различных отраслях экономики снижают качественные показатели ВВП. Сформулирован вывод о том, что для активизации экономического роста и решения проблем с импортозамещением необходимо провести реструктуризацию научно-технического потенциала в различных отраслях экономики
