Abstract

Выход на рынок транснациональных банков сопровождается развитием конкуренции с малыми и средними банками путем более активного распространения банковских продуктов и услуг для массового клиента. Отсутствие финансовой инфраструктуры и слабость отечественной банковской системы, с нашей точки зрения, представляет собой ключевые проблемы отечественного банковского сектора, требующие внедрения клиентоориентированной стратегии. Поляризация научных теорий и различия в научном объяснении причин существования транснациональных банков, во многом характеризуют природу их развития на международном рынке
