Abstract

Потребности российского рынка труда по квалификационному уровню и по профессиональной структуре не удовлетворены. Поэтому анализ законодательства, регулирующего порядок привлечения к трудовой деятельности высококвалифицированных иностранных специалистов, является актуальным, имеет как теоретическое, так и практическое значение. В статье раскрыто понятие «иностранный гражданин высококвалифицированный специалист» с учетом последних изменений в законодательстве, уточнены виды деятельности, к которым могут быть привлечены иностранные граждане высококвалифицированные специалисты. Рассмотрены льготы, которые предоставляются для этой категории граждан. Анализ законодательства позволил выявить особенности привлечения к трудовой деятельности иностранных граждан высококвалифицированных специалистов, обосновать необходимость дальнейшего совершенствования законодательства с целью привлечения их к трудовой деятельности в России
