Правовой Нигилизм В Условиях Глобализации

Abstract

Глобализация отразилась на всей правовой системе Российской Федерации. В современном праве чувствуется переход от дуализма международного и национального права к монизму, сращиванию этих систем. Кроме того, право стало более открытым, доступным. В этих условиях преодоление правового нигилизма выходит на новый уровень, вводится Государственная программа «Юстиция», контролируется и финансируется ее исполнение. Довольно ясными видятся задачи на пути преодоления правового нигилизма. Сложность и многоаспектность этого процесса не дает завершить его в короткие сроки, и по сегодняшний день мы, юристы, принимаем непосредственное участие в преодолении всем нашим гражданским обществом правового нигилизма
