Межрегиональная Дифференциация Экономического Развития Регионов Севера И Проблема Её Регулирования

Abstract

При изучении свойств экономического пространства большое внимание учёными уделяется таким его свойствам как однородность, интегрированность и полиструктурность1. Выявление степени однородности и неоднородности (дифференциации) экономического развития регионов Севера и тенденций его изменения имеет важное значение. Во-первых, регионы неоднородны уже в силу своей разной наделённости природными ресурсами и плодородными почвами, их размещением по территории. Кроме того, они различаются по причине не одинаковых природно-климатических условий, различного количества и качества трудовых ресурсов, разного развития транспортной инфраструктуры, различного географического положения и различного политического и оборонно-стратегического значения.
