Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства России. Дана характеристика современного состояния этого сектора экономики, обозначены пути его реформирования, определенные Правительством РФ. Показаны причины неудач при проведении этой реформы. Подробно проанализирована с установлением тарифов на услуги ЖКХ, доказывается неправомерность существующего подхода к решению этой задачи. Одна из причин недостатков в сфере ЖКХ - низкая инновационная активность его предприятий. В связи с этим предлагаются меры по исправлению существующего положения.
