Повышение Национальной Конкурентоспособности России На Основе Управления Инновациями В Приоритетных Направлениях Государственной Политики

Abstract

В статье сформулированы и раскрыты приоритетные направления государственной политики в области повышения конкурентоспособности на основе управления инновациями, в том числе: обновление продукции, основанное на использовании в производстве новых инновационных технических принципов и физических законов; активизация процессов коммерциализации результатов научно-исследовательских и опытно-конструкторских работ и усиленное развитие сегментов высокотехнологичных производств; развитие государственно-частного партнерства в высокотехнологичных отраслях экономики; развитие импортозамещающих производств с акцентом на инновационные разработки. По мнению автора статьи, управление инновациями в указанных направлениях будет способствовать росту темпов социально-экономического развития России, формированию и развитию новых рынков сбыта, укреплению национальной безопасности
