Abstract

В статье содержится обзор российского рынка оффшорных услуг, включающий в себя основные параметры рынка, экономические условия, типичный предлагаемый продукт, сложившиеся цены. Проведен анализ цен на оффшорные компании в определенных юрисдикциях с экономическими условиями, сложившимися в данных регионах. Сравнение экономических условий происходит на основе индекса экономической свободы. В заключении сформирован рейтинг стран в зависимости от сложивших цен на рынке и степени их экономического развития, данный рейтинг может быть использован для анализа перспектив развития бизнеса на оффшорных территориях и при выборе подходящих по экономическим перспективам юрисдикций
