Abstract

В статье рассматриваются системные основы функционирования государственного финансового контроля, строящиеся на принципах развития внешнего государственного аудита. Институциональные аспекты системы внешнего государственного контроля и, в частности, аудита, сопряжены с наличием действенной системы внешнего государственного аудита эффективности и результативности в освоения государственных средств, что способствует достижению стратегических ориентиров социально-экономического развития страны в рамках реализации государственных программ
