Формирование Центра Государственно-Частного Партнерства В Регионе

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития форм государственно-частного партнерства (ГЧП) на уровне региона. Отмечается, что при согласовании инвестиционных проектов, сопровождающих ГЧП, появляются препятствия, которые вызваны отсутствием определенных норм, устанавливающих регламент взаимодействия органов государственной власти между собой и с представителями бизнес-структур. В связи с этим в целях формирования эффективного механизма государственно-частного партнерства в Новосибирской области, а также обеспечения качества предоставляемых государственных и муниципальных услуг, снижения нагрузки на бюджет региона, усиления социальной ответственности бизнеса и повышения уровня жизни населения Новосибирской области предлагается создание в регионе организации - Центр государственно-частного партнерства Новосибирской области
