Abstract

В статье рассматриваются правовые меры противодействия недружественным поглощениям в связи с некоторыми особенностями этого процесса в России. Автор ставила перед собой следующие исследовательские задачи: - определить основные особенности враждебных поглощений на российском рынке M & A; - рассмотреть какое влияние оказывает законодательство на динамику и характер процессов слияний и поглощений в России; - проанализировать меры противодействия, которые могут быть приняты в отношении недружественных поглощений.
