Методика Определения Размера Денежной Компенсации Морального Вреда Реабилитированным Лицам

Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросу определения размера компенсации морального вреда в денежной форме применительно к процедуре реабилитации. Ввиду абстрактности и не конкретизированности действующих критериев определения размера морального вреда предлагается альтернативная методика. Применение данной методики позволило бы объединить требования реабилитированного о возмещении имущественного вреда и иск о компенсации морального вреда и рассматривать связанные с реабилитацией вопросы только в рамках уголовного судопроизводства
