Abstract

Данная статья посвящена комплексному исследованию одного из приоритетов социальной политики усилению трудовой мотивации посредством проведения в организациях энергетического сектора премиальной политики. Учитывая, что в рассматриваемой отрасли существует положительная практика функционирования данных отношений, а положения по стимулированию работников являются достаточно разработанными и не статичными, представляется резонным использование указанного опыта для применения и в других отраслях
