Abstract

Обоснован методический подход к прогнозированию производительности труда в высокотехнологичных компаниях. Сформирована модель повышения производительности труда при разных вариантах состояния расчетных прогнозных показателей. Предложен алгоритм разработки прогноза динамики производительности труда. Определены основные направления повышения производительности труда, меры государственной поддержки и организационно-технические мероприятия, рекомендованные высокотехнологичным компаниям
