Abstract

В статье представлено авторское исследование роли управления персоналом в современной организации социального обслуживания в условиях вступления в силу ФЗ от 28 декабря 2013 г. № 442 «Об основах социального обслуживания граждан Российской Федерации». Немаловажное значение в этом процессе принадлежит, с одной стороны, руководителю организации, являющегося реализатором социальной политики государства, целью которой гармонизация общественных отношений, обеспечение политической стабильности, гражданского согласия, а, с другой персоналу, его профессионализму, интеллектуальным, физическим возможностям, мотивации. Автор приходит к заключению, что в настоящее время управление персоналом в условиях оптимизации организации социального обслуживания становится стратегическим направлением деятельности организации, а персонал стратегическим фактором, человеческими ресурсами, определяющими ее будущее развитие
