Abstract

В статье обобщается и систематизируется представление о таком виде экономической активности как обмен знаниями, в частности об их инновационных способах. Новые способы обмена знаниями и новые сетевые способы совместной работы трансформируют процедуры обмена знаниями и формируют новые технологии управления знаниями. При этом ключевыми факторами успеха становятся креативность, открытость, обмен идеями, глобальный характер взаимодействия. Автором предлагаются направления по оптимизации и повышению эффективности этих процессов
