Abstract

В статье автором проанализированы детерминанты совершения повторных преступлений условно осужденными. Рассмотрение поставленного вопроса осуществляется с разных сторон: в точки зрения действующего законодательства, практики применения и исполнения условного осуждения, мнений ученых, изложенных в юридической литературе и т.д. Автор акцентирует внимание на необходимости учета ранее полученного опыта при противодействии указанному явлению
