Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам ответственности за фальсификацию избирательных документов, документов референдума и итогов голосования в уголовном законодательстве зарубежных государств. Проанализированы уголовные законодательства ряда зарубежных государств с целью определить особенности уголовно-правовой защиты от фальсификации избирательных документов, документов референдума и итогов голосования. Выявлены общие закономерности в уголовном праве зарубежных стран в области защиты избирательных документов референдума и итогов голосования, а также определены различия при решении этого вопроса разными зарубежными государствами. На основе проведенного исследования автором предлагает использовать некоторые уголовно правовые решения в области защиты избирательных документов, документов референдума и итогов голосования от фальсификации в зарубежных странах в уголовном законодательстве Российской Федерации
