Abstract

В статье рассматриваются особенности правового регулирования деятельности такого федерального органа как Следственный комитет Российской Федерации, связанные с принятием Федерального закона от 28 декабря 2010 г. № 403-ФЗ «О Следственном комитете Российской Федерации». Особое внимание уделяется анализу задач, полномочий, обязанностей, а также структуры Следственного комитета Российской Федерации, который получил существенную организационную независимость
